The Architecture of Life Index
A Swiss-Led Dialogue on Women’s Health, Data, and Longevity.

Date

Format
08:00 – 11:00
Invitation-only senior roundtable
Not a Pledge,
But a Diagnostic.
We are not asking for vague commitments. We are producing a structured synthesis of what the room surfaces—framed as a diagnostic tool that becomes a reference point for the industry.
Structured Dialogue
During the event, we run a structured dialogue (Chatham House Rule) around 3 pointed diagnostic questions:
- 1. "What is the single biggest data gap preventing your organization from serving women's health better?"
- 2. "Where in your system does gender-blind infrastructure create the most costly failure?"
- 3. "What would need to exist for you to act on this within 18 months?"
The Output: An Interactive Digital Experience
The Result is The Architecture of Life Index. Instead of a static PDF, this will be an interactive digital experience (VIVERE Proof of Concept) that maps the infrastructure gaps.
What It Maps
- Critical infrastructure gaps
- Convergence points
- Specific design failures
The Template
- Gap identified: What’s broken?
- Sector: Policy, Data, Finance...
- Need: Infrastructure fix?

Arrival, coffee, informal seating.
Opening Remarks
Swiss Federal Councillor Elisabeth Baume-Schneider
- • Why Switzerland is convening this dialogue now
- • Switzerland’s role as a neutral, trusted platform
- • Framing women’s health as a systems, data, and economic question
Setting the Stage
Oriana Kraft, Founder, FemTechnology / ORI
- • Why these sectors are in the room together
- • Goal: clarity on collaboration, not just consensus
Cross-Sector Perspectives
Framing the System (~7-10 mins per intervention). Short, data-anchored interventions.
Clinical / Health Systems
Real-world care delivery gaps and system friction.
Pharma & Life Sciences
Evidence gaps, development challenges, and collaboration.
Data & AI
Representation gaps, trust, and infrastructure for insight.
Finance & Insurance
Women’s health as long-term risk, opportunity, and economic lever.
Governance & Policy
Where frameworks enable or constrain progress.
Moderated Roundtable
Chatham House Rule40 minutes. Designed to surface concrete points of alignment and friction.
Discussion Focus
- 01 Structural Misalignment: Where incentives work at cross-purposes.
- 02 Missing Inputs: What data, policy, or risk-sharing is needed.
- 03 Execution Now: Specific pilots or joint initiatives possible without legislation.
- 04 Outcome Drivers: Constraints which, if addressed, would alter outcomes.
Curated Networking
Room held until 11:00.
Optional, opt-in curated introductions based on role and collaboration potential.
How It Works
During the Event
The dialogue surfaces specific infrastructure commitments. Each table produces concrete outputs.
Within 2 Weeks
We publish the Architecture of Life Index as an interactive digital experience.
6 Months Later
Public progress update. This creates a recurring reason to re-engage every stakeholder.
The Result
"I architect the infrastructure that closes the data gaps costing women's health systems trillions."
